Blog #65 Celebrating the Power of You & Your Soul’s Purpose

This week traveling and visiting family. It is so wonderful to celebrate your sweet family and your pets and amazing friends and especially YOU.

I am so thankful, I allowed myself to take time to relax and stop and meditate in the beautiful redwoods of northern California. The power and strength of the trees, the beautiful scent of the pines, with the Sun beaming through like cathedral skies. So very powerful and healing to get to be more deeply aware as life moves on, of my Soul’s Purpose in this life time.

In my meditation I received profound insights and many aha moments. Asking if I am on track? And my next step? Validating being, and doing healings and readings, teaching, my weekly blog (teaching & sharing), writing my 2nd book, and doing the weekly Tuesday morning 9am synchronized World Healing meditation and continuing to take classes and learn and grow.

It is important to take time to meditate, ask, listen, trust and follow your inner guidance!

Let’s do a little meditation: Sit back relax and breathe and imagine sitting in your beautiful sacred space in the center of your head or go outside and sit in nature. Create for yourself a nice new grounding cord like a big hollow comfortable redwood tree and connect it from your 1st chakra –to the center of the earth. Let gravity turn on and ground off all the energy that is not yours in your space, from the day and the week and just let it all go. Release any resistance, uncertainty, competition, doubts, worries, hurts, unhavingness and fears and anything that’s keeping you from manifesting the life you are choosing to create. Feel it releasing and freeing up and neutralizing all that energy. Release anything that is in the way of you seeing or hearing your God Self and following your own truth. Give yourself a nice deep breath. Put up a new rose, see all your growth, your space, and your awareness, certainty and power that you have called back in the last year and own all your power and healing.

Now create a transparent rose out in front of you, and see what color the rose becomes as your Soul Purpose color or colors. Then set your crown at your Soul Purpose color for a moment. Breathe and let yourself feel and experience it in your bodies. Now create a rose out in front of you and see a symbol of your Soul Purpose. Maybe it’s a heart or the Sun or a feather or a geometric design. Own this symbol for yourself.

Now ask what does this symbol mean or represent for you?

Allow yourself to see, hear or feel the answer. Whenever you need an answer to a question about your life, you can use your Soul Purpose color. Just set your crown at your Soul Purpose color and ask your God Self “What is my guidance for today?” and see what you get.

Now create a big beautiful gold Sun with a giant magnet in it and call back all your life force energy and power and just fill yourself up from head to toe, breathe and feel the power and healing in every cell of your being. Own all this  new awareness. Breathe and notice as you look around you can even see more clearly. :)

Now say out loud: “I am celebrating my creative power!” Own it for yourself!

**With this meditation, you can always record it on your phone and then play it back and listen with your eyes closed and follow along.

Go ahead and write down your Soul Purpose color or colors that you saw and draw your Soul Purpose symbol and what it means for you.

Make a list and look at 10 things that are your gifts in this life time: Ex: you’re funny, a great listener, good organizer, gentle, kind and aware…

These are your gifts to the world all that you brought with you in this life time.

Own them and ask your God Self how best to share them.

Then close your eyes and visualize a rose out in front of you that represents you five year ago, and put up another rose right next to it, for you right now, and just notice the difference between the two roses, the colors, the growth and change in the energy and in your power. So amazing and incredible all the changes!!!

Validate yourself on how much you have grown and how much more awareness you have on all levels right now in present time.

Celebrate and congratulate YOU and your LIMITLESS HAVINGNESS as a Spiritual being!!!
